 Humble Dragon Martial Arts was created strictly on the basis of building strong mind, body, and spirit. We are comitted to providing a complete martial arts program, with the emphasis on building confidence as well as showing Humility, Honor and Loyalty. The classes that we offer are Tae Kwon Do (traditional and modern olympic sport training), Thai/Kick Boxing in a private or group class setting, for ages that range from 5yrs and older. The structure of our classes are combined with traditional training ideals and modern training methods. Proper application of techniques and knowledge of body mechanics are emphasized to ensure the safety of each student.
With the rising toll of crimes and violence in our society today, we also offer Yin Do (Womens way of Self-Defense). We believe that an individual, must be knowledgeable in various ways of defending themselves in any situation. "We take pride in what we teach", all of our curriculum is based on the concepts of "Positive Mental Attitude" and "Goal Setting." We encourage our students to understand the importance of having a strong character, leadership, dedication, and having good values.
We continually strive to assist all our students in achieving and surpassing all that they encompass, by helping them to build a greater tolerance to the everyday stresses, increase strength, resilience, power and flexibility on both physical and mental levels. Upholding the responsibility of being a student at our school is not always easy. Students are expected to work hard and adhere to the rules and principles of our school.
In essence our training programs will challenge your current comfort level, and take you progressively forward and help you reach your goal in a positive and supportive environment.
